The new Headquarters of Sindusfarma (Pharmaceutical Industry´s union), the largest representative entity of this segment in the country, will be located on the corner of Casa do Ator and Alvorada street, at Vila Olimpia – São Paulo/SP.

Control Tec acts as Design and Construction manager, combeing responsible for the following activities:

• Budget: elaboration of feasibility studies of the under development designs and cost control of every project phase.

• Construction Bidding: elaboration of all documentation and management of the entire Bidding process for contracting the main suppliers of the works with a specialized team.

• Construction Management: follow-up of production and works planning with all contractors, technical and administrative control of information until the closure of all activities.
