Pentecostal Church Deus é Amor - CE

We started another contract together with the Pentecostal Church Deus é Amor, now in the city of Fortaleza/CE. Control Tec will manage the Project for the new IPDA temple, aiming to guarantee delivery within the stipulated deadlines, strictly meeting the schedule and budget, respecting all quality standards and specifications of the project.

Below we highlight the activities there are part of the scope:

• Construction Bidding: elaboration of all documentation and management of the entire Bidding process for contracting the main suppliers of the construction.

• Construction Management: follow-up of production and work planning with the contrctors, technical and administrative control of information until the closure of all activities and handover to the client.

Estimated area: 4,231.89 sqm.
