Control Tec's experience in construction management combined with the experience of more than 50 years in the retail market of Hillback, results in guaranteed results and a better experience for the customers of the Decathlon store, located in Goiânia.
Control Tec, in addition to representing Hillback during the construction phase, will also manage and monitor the execution of the execution progress and financial schedule, thus ensuring compliance with the established deadlines.
The renovation of Decathlon, specialized in retail of sporting goods, will consist with the construction of new areas for the stores, with currently existing covered parking, the addition of an access ramp to a new parking on the roof, totaling 244 parking spots, the implementation of new elevators and installation of escalators that will give access to the floors, thus ensuring a better experience for its customers.
The new area to be built will be 3,966.48 sqm, and in the end, the new development will have a total area of 11,962.48 sqm.
